About
Hayespitality. Where Sales Come to Stay. I've spent nearly 30 years selling technology to hotels and resorts — and I've sold over 30 different types of it. PMS, POS, spa, golf, payments, guest engagement — you name it, I've probably demoed it, pitched it, and closed it.
But here's what I actually do: I help hospitality companies turn complex technology into revenue.
That means I understand how hotel operators evaluate tech decisions. I know why deals stall — and how to move them forward. I've navigated the buying structures that make this industry uniquely challenging — ownership groups, management companies, brand standards, and the ops teams who have to live with whatever gets implemented.
Provide the current content and your preferred output option, and I’ll reformat it accordingly.I've closed 30 deals in six months. I've built pipeline from scratch in new markets. I've also sat on the consulting side — helping early-stage hospitality tech companies figure out their go-to-market strategy and how to actually sell into this industry.
That combination is rare. Most people have deep industry relationships OR new business skills OR strategic go-to-market experience. I have all three — and they reinforce each other.
I'm not just experienced. I'm commercially effective. I don't just generate pipeline — I help organizations convert opportunity into real, measurable growth in one of the most relationship-driven industries in the world.
I'm a 2 and a 7 on the Enneagram — the Helper and the Enthusiast — which means I genuinely want the best for everyone I work with, and I bring the energy to back it up. That combination has served me well in an industry built on relationships and trust.
Technology should free people to serve guests — not replace them. Fragmented tech stacks hurt the guest experience. And consolidation isn't a buzzword — it's the path forward for most properties.
That said — I love this industry. The people, the places, the travel. Hospitality and hospital come from the same root. We are here to help.
Yours in hospitality, Jess
